Russia 

The number of Russian street children varies  from 1 million to 4-5 million, according to datas from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and various NGOs, most unrelated to the gypsies, who are only 205.000, parents included.  Another 600.000 children are  provided shelter in orphanages. 

Up to 17% of the total number of Russian children - 30 million - thus happens to be either hosts of orphanages or abandoned in the streets.
