Around 800,000 orphans and other children in situation of weakness need boarding babyschools, kindergarten, primary, secondary, professional  schools and care centers in Congo.

Solving the issue requests to build 400 smart villages hosting 2.000 boarders each, of which 15 smart villages around the capital.    

2,8 million children under 5 years-old suffering from malnutrition also need our help.

THE HAWAS FOUNDATION REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING GOVERNMENTAL GUARANTEES  

- Donation of land, large enough to build the smart cities and settle farms large enough to provide the needs in food of the children and the school staff :  

- Building permits for the schools, the farms and factories whose income will be used to cover the cost of the smart villages ;   

- Guarantee that the investment will never be assigned to any other use than boarding schools, free of charge for orphans and other children in situation of weakness.
