Smart village infrastructures 

The Smart villages are tailored for 2,000 children, from birth to aged 18, as well as the staff taking care of them 24/24 hours all year round,  their teachers and the families of their teachers.  They are to host the 120 million homeless children. They are also to provide infrastructures to welcome the 240 million children in situation of weakness due to a handicap, an illness or an emotional fragility round the world.  They are also used as holiday camps, centered on sports, arts and crafts, as well as for  medical, psychophysical or therapeutical assistance.  Their farms and workshops enables to
